大家好！我叫索菲娅，我来自加拿大的多伦多。从多伦多大学英语专业毕业之后，我成为了一名教师，与此同时我继续攻读学业并获得了约克大学教育学学士学位。在过去的五年里，我在多所学校任教，有比较丰富的教学经验。出于对教育事业的热爱，我决定来到中国，成为EF英孚教育的一名外教，与更多的孩子分享学习的快乐。

我认为学习本身应该富有趣味与挑战性。作为一名教师，我努力让我的课堂拥有轻松的氛围，更多的教学互动，让孩子们充满学习兴趣。只有充分了解不同学生的特质，才能在课堂内大地调动孩子们的学习积极性。空闲时间，我喜爱阅读，旅游和学习中文！先说到这吧，我们一会儿见！:)

Ni　hao!　　My　name　is　Safiya　and　I　come　from　Toronto,　Canada.　　After　graduating　from　the　University　of　Toronto　where　I　majored　in　English,　I　decided　to　pursue　my　studies　as　a　teacher　and　went　on　to　obtain　my　Bachelor　of　Education　from　York　University.　　For　the　past　5　years,　I　have　been　teaching　in　various　　schools,　learning　centers　and　one-on-one　within　Toronto.　　I　decided　to　come　to　China　for　the　chance　to　share　my　love　of　learning　and　education　with　students　all　over　the　world　and　what　better　way　to　do　that　than　as　a　Foreign　Teacher　with　EF!

I　believe　that　learning　should　be　both　fun　and　challenging.　　As　a　teacher,　I　strive　to　keep　my　lessons　engaging　through　interactive　learning　activities　and　lesson　plans　students　will　find　interesting.　　Getting　to　know　my　students　is　the　key　to　creating　a　safe,　classroom　environment　and　making　the　most　of　　their　learning　experience.　　In　my　spare　time,　I　enjoy　reading,　traveling　and　learning　how　to　speak　　Chinese!　　Bye　for　now!　:)
