　　　　　　孩子们的语言习得是一个漫长的过程，我们将营造一个轻松完善的英语学习环境，让孩子积极主动地参与到学习中来。通过对孩子们听，说，读，写的训练提高他们的英语水平。与此同时，我更注重教育心理学即孩子的学习性格及心理特征，在学习知识的同时帮助他们找到适合自己独特的学习方法，为今后进行更深层次学习打下良好的基础。　

　　　　　　Children’s　acquiring　of　the　language　is　a　long　process.　We　will　create　a　super-learning　environment,　one　that　is　supportive　and　participative.　English　skills　will　accrue　to　the　students　from　listening,　speaking,　reading　and　writing.　Meanwhile,　I　will　pay　closer　attention　to　every　student’s　personality　and　mental　character　in　order　to　build　up　a　solid　basis　for　students’　further　study　on　English.
