减肥训练营宗旨
利用篮球这一青少年最喜欢的运动,让他们远离肥胖,科学、健康、快乐减重瘦身,提高运动兴趣。用快乐、篮球和英语相结合的方式,让孩子过一种不同于 一般学校的生活,在快乐专业的氛围中运动、学习、生活。期望通过我们丰富有趣的课程,科学合理的训练计划以及专业的中外籍教练团队共同努力,不但为营员赢 得一个健康的身体,更为孩子赢回自信心,养成良好的生活与学习习惯。
减肥训练营的设置 营养师
每个减肥训练营会配备一名专业的营养师,来帮助学员养成一个健康的饮食习惯。
随队医生
每个减肥训练营会配备一名专业的随队医生,来保证学员在健康的身体条件下来减肥。
篮球减肥教练
每个减肥训练营会配备一名专业的外籍篮球减肥教练以及数名中国篮球减肥教练,来保证学员达到最佳的减肥效果。
减肥班原则
1、首先要培养肥胖少年儿童对运动的兴趣。内容应力求多样化、生动有趣,并且要符合肥胖少年儿童的年龄和性别特征。运动项目以篮球运动为主,穿插其 它如散步、游泳、跳绳、健美操、接力跑,骑自行车和娱乐性比赛等。在运动过程中可以穿插一些游戏和小型比赛,以增加肥胖儿童对运动的兴趣
2、肥胖儿童由于体重大、心肺功能差,运动强度不宜过大。
3、培养其长期坚持运动的良好习惯。适当的运动频率可避免使肥胖儿童对运动产生厌恶或害怕的心理而中止运动,运动减肥要持之以恒。肥胖少年儿童由于本身身体条件的限制,参加运动的主观能动性较差,家长要督促、引导,甚至共同参加。
4、根据儿童的肥胖程度、减肥目标、以及可行的运动强度和频率来安排运动持续的时间。
5、运动减肥的同时,要保证适量的睡眠。保证每天有9小时的睡眠即可,不能贪睡,避免体脂合成。
6、在肥胖儿童的日常生活中可以把扫除、叠被褥、涮洗餐具、洗自己的手帕和袜子等家务劳动作为活动身体的一项内容,这不仅是肥胖儿童运动减肥的方法之一,也利于培养儿童良好的行为习惯。
7、提高营员英语口语能力,不仅营员英语口语上一个大台阶,更重要的是培养营员学习英语的兴趣。
科学饮食
专业营养专家为营员制定个性化的营养方案,科学配餐,并且为孩子们进行健康教育,让孩子在以后的生活中养成良好的饮食习惯。
作息规律
1、每天晚上11点前一定要睡觉,早上7点左右起床。
2、每天训练约4个小时,要有1个小时的肌肉拉伸训练。
3、午睡至少30分钟左右。
减肥成果考核
1、分组
将所有报名减肥班的学员分组,保证每组学员的总体重数大致一样。
2、考核
每天都会有一个减肥的效果考核,减肥班的考核结果以小组为单位进行整体考量,根据小组成员的减重效果、减肥方法健康指数、团队合作情况、毅力指数等指标最终评选出获胜的小组。
获胜的小组可以免于惩罚或予以奖励(具体内容由减肥教练根据实际需要来制定)。
3、考核标准
以小组来考核减肥效果主要是为了学员们能互相监督、互相交流,评分标准是按组来评选,减体重不是获胜的唯一标准:
A、减重成果(30分/组)
减肥班结束后,全组减重比例(减重量占总体重量的比例)合计最多的队,得30分,第二的队得25分,以此类推。
B、团队合作(20分/组)
积极参与团队合作项目,乐于沟通,帮助及鼓励队友。
C、健康指数(30分/组)
饮食均衡、积极参加篮球减肥培训课程。不使用极端方法,如:、吃零食、饮食不均衡等等。如训练及饮食方式不健康,扣掉相应分数。
D、毅力指数(20分/组)
坚持训练,不抱怨,不偷懒,如中途有人无故(除身体因素外)中断训练甚至退出,扣掉相应分数。
运动处方:
训练营结束后,专业篮球减肥教练会根据每位学员的身体状况、个人习惯以及性格特点制定独特的运动处方。
制定运动处方的原则:
(1)安全性。运动时所采用的运动强度或负荷量应依据肥胖程度、健康状况和心肺功能而定,注意区别对待,总之要在不损害身体健康或不影响儿童少年生长发育的情况下从事运动锻炼,一般以有氧锻炼为主。
(2)可接受性。运动方式应使锻炼者感兴趣,能长久地坚持运动。特别是儿童的心理特点是好奇心强、忍耐性差,应不断变换锻炼方法、内
容、路线。最好能顺呼自然,自行其乐,切忌用成人的标准要求孩子。费用要低廉,一般家庭能承担起。

WEIGHT LOSS CLASS PLAN

1、Students can not bring their snacks into camp, everyone’s bag has be checked to make sure no snacks hidden. because it will influence the weight loss results
2、Breakfast, lunch and dinner must be prepared by the camp food spec
ialists.
MORNING:
TIME: 7.30-8.30

*Outdoor stretching (stationary and dynamic ).
*Quick walk around the football field (3-4 rounds ).
*Stationary low impact jumps (10 sets of 5 reps each ).
TIME: 8.30-9.00
*Breakfast time
TIME: 10.00-12.00
*Warm up ( 30 mins at most )
mostly the warm up will be almost the same way they did earlier in the morning but it will be more shorter but we will make use of the jump rope more.
TIME: 10.45-11.15
*Basketball skill training
some easy drills like dribbling with left hand, right hand, dribbling between cones, ball passing…
TIME: 11.20-11.50
*Basketball game
group dribbling competition with cones and without cones, passing competition…
TIME: 12-12.30
*Students and coaches will go the camp’s canteen to have a good lunch cooked specially for weight losing persons.
*After lunch students will return to their rooms to rest, class will restart at 2 or 3 pm in the afternoon.
AFTERNOON

Fun time
Students will play games like:
Group Energizer Drills:
It is a very effective way to have fun while working out the students bodies, very easy game. The students and the coaches need to form a circle and hold each other hands with bodies facing the center of the circle, the circle doesn't have to be too big or too small.
The coach will give the instructions and students will execute them.
First: Coach says ( say what I say and do what I say ), the students will say what coach said and do what he said ( Jump in ) everyone will jump into the circle, jump out, jump left, jump right… ( first part will take almost 5 min ).
Second: Coach says ( say the opposite of what I say and do what I say ), jump in, students must say jump out but need to jump in…
Third: Coach says say what I say but do the opposite of what say, jump in students will say jump in but need to jump out…
We will hold many fun games everyday in the afternoon so that students enjoy working without noticing it themselves.
NIGHT
TIME: 5.00-6.00
Dinner time, after dinner students and coaches will return to their rooms and have one hour rest so that they can digest smoothly.
TIME: 7.00-9.00
Every night we will use 2 hours to do the summarize of the day:
- Who worked hard ?
- Who worked smart ?
- Who did good job ?
- Who improved ?
- What they need to do to get best results ( losing weight ) ?
- What they shouldn't do during the practice time ?
- What prize they will can get if the coach thinks they did a good job ?
- Students are allow to ask many questions to the coach and the assistant coaches.
- The coach will play some movies ( basketball or action movies ), some weight loss workout videos, or just teach them some basic English
- Every night before going to bed the assistant coaches must weigh students and record it so that we can easily track their progression.
